Who can drive Delia Rental Cars?

To drive a Delia Rental Car, your name must appear on the rental agreement and you must provide a valid driving licence.  A second driver can be added to the contract, by providing our staff with their personal data and producing a valid driving licence.

Can I choose the model of the vehicle?

You may request your preferred model of vehicle when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. The vehicle you receive will be selected from the specified group, however the exact make and model will be based on availability.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, no problem. You can change or cancel your reservation by calling us on 644 802 418 or sending an email to deliacarrental@gmail.com.  All charges will be refunded.

Does Delia Rental Cars require a deposit?

Yes, it is necessary for us to take a deposit during the rental period in order to cover any additional expenses, such as extra rental days, petrol or damage.

Does Delia Rental Cars have a minimum driver age?

Yes, the minimum age of the driver is 21 and maximum 75 years. Drivers must also provide a valid driving licence (accepted in Spain).

Do I need to purchase car rental insurance?

No, it is not necessary for you to take out car rental insurance. Delia Rental Cars are fully covered by comprehensive policy with an excess of €500.  Excess cover is provided separately or alternatively it is possible for you to provide your own if desired. Delia will not be responsible for punctures or curb damage to tyres, this will be the responsibility of the client.

What should I do if I am involved in an accident in a Delia Rental Car vehicle?

The first thing you should do is call the police and then you should contact Delia Rental Cars by calling 644 802 418. Then once you have provided us with information the incident, we will advise you of the next steps. Should there be other parties involved in an accident then the blue accident form should be completed in full by both parties. Also note the name and phone numbers of any witnesses. If Delia Rental Cars is not open at the time of the accident, you should call roadside assistance.

Can I return my Delia Rental Cars vehicle early?

Yes, you can return your rental car early, however no refund will be provided on monthly rentals. The vehicle must be returned during office hours to allow our staff to take possession of and inspect the vehicle.

Can I extend my Delia Rental Cars’ lease?

Yes, just call us on +34 644 802 418 and we will arrange it for you. Our staff will also need to extend the authorisation on your debit or credit card.
